Zach deserves a rematch; I didn't sit out on my bum for 7 weeks for this. He seemed pretty heartbroken still when I asked him, but it's great to know all his supporters have come out of hiding to root for him. :)After 11 years of effort, I blew my first teeny bubble out of my bubblegum today. There's nothing like hearing your first pop.
And there is nothing quite like the mountain of assignments I have to move.

All that talk throughout lecture with Gin and globetrotting French girl we met about taking over the world fired up my subdued passion (school, beyotch). Watching Jumper after that did nothing to cure my wanderlust. And Hayden-lust too, goodness. Anwar called me a Jumper because I jumped from one unrelated topic to the next within our 1.5 hours phone conversation. I guess I'm one step closer.Samedi morning was spent playing IF Games in the morning – our faculty won!:D Had a great lunch at my favourite school munchplace with Charms and Mimin; it was a Socratic dialogue just talking to her. Jumped into car of Mimi's sister's friend and we sped off (ISR's got nothin' on him when it comes to speed hahahaha) to Malaysia for:

Paintball! The pain of which I never got to experience because I didn't have to surrender. :D

At this place, which was awesome discounting the mozzies.

Hut hut!

Kenneth & co. Look at how tactical they are! Covering up and blending in. HAHAHAH!

While Mark's girlfriend and I were unprepared for the severities of the jungle in shorts. We had to get down and grimy with the bugs and dead leaves in the real jungle setting- it was the closest to nature I'd ever been!

When war was over we dined to the tune of 101 dishes.

Was busy being a glutton thereafter to click away.
The next morning...
We resorted to cabbing to the Singapore Airshow because half the world was queuing up for the shuttle bus. Thank God I didn't have to threaten this cabby at gunpoint to take us there cos I didn't understand;; what's half an hour of crawl compared to chance sightings of wonderful aerial displays?

Time was ticking and we thought of walking along this (partially, I wanted to beat the goons in the shuttle buses who were smirking at the cabs in our lane, probably relieved they didn't have to spend a single penny).

Saw A380 already in preparation from the cab, made a dash for the entrance when we reached at 1214 because we couldn't wait the display out at the chevron markings outside of the venue. Hahaha.

The Black Knights in their painted F-16s.

"The Black Knights would like to thank their better halves.."

I think I know why you took this picture.

Very fly.

Head-on.

Big guy flying slow enough to let us capture some decent shots.

RAAF Roulettes in their PC9As.

We got bored with the static displays cos the crowd was madness, got lost while trying to walk out for a cab, got escorted by a police officer who had no choice but to let us cut the shuttle queue. We were outside of the lines, at the no-go zone. My brilliant idea, considering the papers had a shot of the snaking queue today, and I spotted myself and Shakir 60 people in front.

The driver in the mirror did no less than 8 stretching exercises, compromising the journey duration. Cute, though.
Fun and draining week, hello recess week! Ich habe gewartet.

I want something else, to get me through this
semi-charmed kinda life, baby, baby.

I can smell the term break already, in part due to unblocked nose. Yesterday Charms and I yakked our way around my fave hangout Lil India to get her boots. She's so noisy, it's a wonder we don't compete to talk. Guy shoved flyer into her hand, and the next thing I knew, Zul joined us for an Indian buffet at some new restaurant. Free flow of naan, :)! Lost my second pair of boots in a span of 1 year. Donashun pliss.
Went on a food binge in town with Zul, happy ending to a 10-6-no-break day. No, wait. Thank GOD we didn't cab home at 21:48 to catch the "remaining minutes" of contender like we wanted to, thank GOD for repeats, cos THIS was the happy ending:

Beautiful fight, awesome topples. Closest fight since Rafik and JWP (think YOD vs Bruce and Alain vs Soren). I could be the only one, but I wanna watch Zach in action.
Verstehen Sie! Uhh, bitte.

I remember '05 very clearly. We were both heartbroken and faithless. We didn't care about school or the fact that we were in lots of crap as long as we had each other. We'd sit on the same damn swings and tell each other love stories to keep the spirits up. They were true, or so we chose to believe. She told me to watch Sweet Home Alabama, and made me cry (tears were cheaper back then) listening to her reasons why. I never watched it till today, and I'm glad it's 3 years on, cos right now everything makes perfect sense. Everything.Sometimes what you're looking for is right where you left it.
I miss you Ella. Very much.

Please recover. It kills me to see you like this.

Jean: So do you know F? We broke up.
Me: Yeah....OHMYGOD! So YOU'RE the girl? And you never told me all this while?
Jean: *extends hand* Yeap, you've finally met me.
ISR: Stay right there I'll pick you up. Can you hear the bus?
Me: Sort of.
ISR: I'm driving.
Matthias: I wanna go there cos it's a castle, and there's a black forest next to it...*trails off as I walk towards Disney snow globes on sale*
Matthias: And NO, it's not like the ones you see in the globes.
Me: You gonna pick fruits there?
Matt: No, I love nature.
Watch Snek on Suria every Tuesday 7pm okay Farah's sister is a host and Farah's appearing in the fifth episode *that should do it*. Can't wait to mock her about the thick make-up she was sooo unhappy about. Syabil and Sofea appeared in today's one and they're 2 mighty cute kids. End of advert.
I am tired. Tirrreddddddddddd.
With His help, I will.

Oh happy days. Saturday game was toofasttoofurious, plausibly since number of boys>girls. Turnout was good, figure keeps increasing (by 1 player) by the week. Alfie made his debut, long after his ball did ever since I held it hostage. Superb play.School has been dismal apart from the parts I made new friends. Cab rides did not number more than 5 since Sunday, which means I haven’t had alternative views on current affairs. The Kite Runner was true to the book, and it inspired me to start running. And these girls, they’re just awesome:

When I stayed up all night to plan a 3-day school week, I trusted myself to spend the free days productively. 2 weeks on, I am proud to say I haven’t let myself down.
Uninvited movie marathon cum pig out session at Hilmi’s. Surprise!

The junk of pizzas, chips, coke, chocolates, cookies, and baby biscuits (hahah!) we left behind after SAW IV. There was more on the dining table, burp.

Made myself scarce with the camera since I would have definitely been a liability had they enlisted my help.

In this case, with bitter melted chocolate and sweet, sweet, bananas.

Went through another round of 1 and 1/4 movies (personal best by our standards) before we became aware of the ills of sedentary lifestyle. It helped that he had a stash of 2 bicycles and 4 pairs of blades. Initial plan to blade to the park was not workable considering all I could do was move in a straight line. Just the vicinity, then.

Guess who came riding by? SYAFIQ! My future dental therapist.
We got disenchanted with the notion of movie-watching by then, leaving him happy with some vice-ridden movie and Ken cooking up noodles in the kitchen. I must say, it pays to be hungry AND lazy all the time - with these boys at least.

Syafiq probably didn't learn his lesson about keeping his stuff safe from girl abuse.

Apparently Hilmi, too.

Vroom you into my room!

Greetings, earthlings!

HAHAHA!
Happy New Year, majority. I don’t get to see Eunice this year but at least I had a great dinner yesterday, where we bumped into Shaneet and family. Mother just preached to me about the benefits of sunblock (offense taken, another ploy to keep me indoors; never ever!). In other soul-destroying news, she chirpily asked my sister if the allowance increment she was about to be given was enough. That kid is undergoing paid attachment next week; what is this - dollar for dollar contribution?
